What I actually do
- Facilitation of risk committees and preparation of stakeholders for regulator visits
- Design and strengthening of robust risk frameworks
- Continuous adaptation of frameworks to new regulations (including DORA) to ensure entity compliance
- Full risk assessment: issue identification, action plans, remediation follow-up and robustness review
- Implementation of controls to reduce incidents (with and without financial impact)
- Maintenance and update of risk maps and senior management reporting
